Job1: Kitchen Manager 


· We’re looking for a hard working and dedicated Kitchen Manager to help our restaurant to bring variety flavours to our existing menu. To manager supply chain of raw materials, food packaging materials, kitchen staff and maintain compliance with different requirements

What You’ll Do:

· Ensuring that all food items and products are stored, prepared based on the recipe, preparation and portion standards

· Coordinate with shop manager to order kitchen materials and ingredients based on the menu and market demand

· Supervising food preparation in the kitchen and ensuring that customers are satisfied

· Maintaining clean working environments

· Working with director and shop manager to create menu items, pricing and establishing portion sizes of each meal

· Scheduling shifts for kitchen staff by business hours, days, and occasions

· Overseeing the training of kitchen staff to ensure the safe operation of kitchen equipment and utensils and the proper handling of heavy items and hazardous materials.

Kitchen Manager reports to the Director 

Ø Weekly Hours: 37.5

ØSalary :£33,400 per year. (£17.13 per hour)

Job2 : Business Development Manager 

 
 

· We’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to help our restaurant grow its customer base, boost sales, and build lasting partnerships. You’ll be the driving force behind marketing campaigns, corporate catering deals, special events, and loyalty programs – all while ensuring our brand stands out in the local market.

What You’ll Do:

· Develop and execute strategies to increase dine-in, takeaway, and catering revenue

· Promote franchise development, bring new investors 

· Build partnerships with local businesses, event planners, and delivery platforms.

· Lead marketing campaigns, social media initiatives, and promotional events.

· Track market trends and competitor activity to keep us ahead.

· Oversee daily sales operations of the shop, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow

· Manage and supervise a team of shop employees, providing guidance and support

· Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide excellent customer service

· Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

· Implement strategies to increase sales and meet revenue targets

· Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.

·

· Experience in hospitality, F&B sales, or business development.

· Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills.

· A creative, customer-focused mindset with a passion for growth.

· Flexibility to work evenings/weekends for events.
